prices and availability for short rents

• We believe in straight forward, honest, easy pricing. We don't hide extra charges such as parking, linen, towels, tax, booking fee, cleaning......... and we display our prices here to make it easy for you. The price you see is the price you pay

• The rental price listed is the price for the whole property, not per person

• The rental includes the local tourist tax. Every guest will receive a tourist discount card for the Chamonix Valley which gives you such benefits as free a bus service around the valley and numerous reductions to the local attractions - full details will be sent with booking confirmation.

• Usual method of payment is Euro Bank transfer. You can pay with a credit card if you have a Paypal account, this will involve a small cost charge.

studio (sleeps up to 4)

• We are flexible about the change over days, it's not strictly sat-sat. For other rental periods please e-mail us.

• If you wish to book the studio for 2 weeks a 10% discount on the total bill applies.

• Post stay cleaning is included - so you don't have to do it

• You may choose to bring your own bed linen and towels to reduce the rental price
